Chilean fish and rice soup

Description

Seen from above, a dark clay bowl holds a deep golden, almost saffron-colored broth with glossy highlights on its surface. In the center rest three pieces of fish, their silvery-gray skin still clinging to the white flesh, surrounded by wedges of yellow potato, soft strands of onion and small cubes of tomato and carrot. A generous handful of freshly chopped cilantro crowns the bowl with vivid green.
