Spiced grape jelly
Preserves are really easy to prepare and this spiced grape jelly is not an exception.
Instructions
- Break cloves and cinnamon stick and tie in cheesecloth.
- Stir together the grape juice, spice bag and pectin in a 6 quart saucepan. Stir constantly over a high heat, bring to a boil. Quickly add all of the sugar.
- After reaching a full roiling boil, hard boil for a full minute, still stirring the mix constantly.
- Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
