Olive ketchup

Description

A ketchup that does not need cooking. Goes well with fish and white meats.

Ingredients

1⁄2 c olives
1⁄4 c parsley
1 clv garlic
1 T olive oil
1 t vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except the paste into a food processor, puree until smooth.
  2. Fold in the tomato paste.
